But Nepal is also home to thousands of young women who have been kidnapped, tricked, or sold into sexual slavery in the country of India. Good News to Report: Because of our comprehensive work, women are rescued at different stages. As mentioned above, many go through terrible experiences and must be literally ransomed from their situation. However, there is also good news regarding this fight. Many women are stopped at the borders by our skilled workers and returned home. Others, due to preventative education, realize what is happening and refuse to believe the lies of the perpetrators. These are success stories that we love to hear! Yet, there are untold numbers of unreached, uneducated women that we have yet to find.
